Supercharge Your Soil with Nutrient-Dense Compost
Our locally sourced, small-batch compost is packed with a diverse soil food web of beneficial microorganisms. Each batch is carefully crafted and microscopically analyzed to ensure it:
o Suppresses plant disease naturally
o Builds soil structure and retains water & nutrients
o Decomposes toxins and balances pH
o Strengthens plant root systems for vigorous growth
Whether you’re a home gardener or a full-scale farm, we have a compost, compost extracts, and services to fit your needs.
Josie, as we have named her, is our most recent small-batch compost assembled on May 17, 2026. Made with locally sourced ingredients including: wood chips, cardboard, grass, garden greens, straw, vetch, coffee grounds and chaff, mushroom substrate, brown leaves, and food scraps. Within 48 hours of assembly, Josie reached internal temperatures above 131 degrees F and maintained high temperatures until her first turn on day six. She returned to sufficient temperature within 24 hours. Today Josie’s internal temperature is hovering around 150 degrees F and is on track for a second turn of the pile on May 26th. At this rate, we anticipate she will be successful in completing the thermophilic process and begin cooling to ambient temperature in early June 2026.
Once she has cooled to ambient temperature, we will analyze her biology under the microscope to verify the presence of a biologically diverse soil food web including fungi, protozoa, beneficial nematodes, and bacteria.
